PhyllisCLARK(née Nicklin) of Tunstall, passed away peacefully at Alexandra Court on Thursday 6th February 2025, aged 82 years.
Reunited with her loving husband Leslie. Mum of Tracey, Lynne, Lee and the late Richard, nanna and great nanna.
Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 12th March 1.00pm at Chanterlands Crematorium, Hull. (Small Chapel)
Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Phyllis for the Queens Centre, Castle Hill Hospital would be greatly appreciated and can be left after the service.
